Cailean McAlpine took up squash at the age of 8 (ish) at Scotstoun Leisure Centre. Once Cailean started playing national tournaments, he established himself as one of Scotland’s better juniors in his age group.
Cailean regularly plays both National and European tournaments and has represented Scotland at U 13 and U15 level in the Five Nations event and European Team Championships.
On court, Cailean is known for his relentless and dogged determination.
When not playing squash, Cailean plays football and playstation to a high standard
