WEEK 2….

It’s a little late (now that we’re back in lockdown it’s just as relevant!), but here’s Western Lockdown challenge No.2! To follow on from the our first challenge, I decided to try a different exercise with for my second challenge.

Everyone knows that squats are great for squash – they help with posture and leg strength, but can you combine them with a simple ball skill challenge?

How many can you do without dropping the ball?
