Are you looking for high-quality junior squash coaching in a fun, professional environment? The Western Bolts sessions are the perfect starting point for young athletes. Designed specifically for players aged 8 to 11 years old, these sessions introduce the fundamentals of the game while building a strong competitive foundation.

Why Choose Strathgryffe Bolts Junior Squash?

Our mission is to prepare young players for their first Entry-Level Bronze events, and aim to help every student progress into our competitive junior squash teams. To ensure your child receives the best experience and individual attention, we strictly limit each session to eight players.

Professional Skills and Tactical Training

Each week, our coaches focus on a specific pillar of the game. Our curriculum ensures players master the essential skills needed for match play:

  • Ball Control: Learn the precision of hitting straight and crosscourt shots.
  • The Fundamentals: Master the serve and return to gain an early advantage.
  • Court Dominance: Techniques for controlling the middle court (the “T”).
  • Match Strategy: Understanding how to play and score a competitive match.

Beyond technical ability, our sessions help players develop confidence and resilience. Through regular gameplay against fellow squad members, students learn the mental toughness required for sports.
