JUNIOR SQUASH CLUB

Playsquash is our version of a junior squash club. Simply turn up… and play squash.

Playsquash is the best way to have fun and play squash with friends – our version of a junior squash club! It’s aimed at players aged between 8 and 16 years old. If you don’t know the rules yet then don’t worry – here they are!

Each session will have a theme, which will be a variation on a specific type of competition format. Our aim is to give players the experience of playing different types of events, using both timed and scoring formats. For example, sometimes we organise matches in box leagues based on our junior squash ladder, or we might run an individual tournament or a team tournament.

Playsquash Junior Squash ClubsPlaySquash sessions are first and foremost about fun, but there’s also more to them. Players will learn how to conduct themselves in both victory and defeat, as during these sessions they will meet players both stronger and weaker than themselves. It’s a great learning experience!

Please note: The session cost is only for the session and does not include any club membership fees that you may incur. These are separate and should be paid to the relevant club directly. If you would like more information on which sessions require club memberships, please just contact us and we’ll be happy to advise!

Currently, we are running the following PlaySquash Sessions at the Western Health and Rackets Club. Watch this space for news of our Scotstoun programme coming back online!

My kids have been coached by Martin for the past 6 years – they absolutely love it. Martin has always brought out the best in them and has overseen their development into very good players.
