Coaching Support

One of the first areas that a club development plan should examine is the coaching structure in place, both sessions and coaches. Coaching sessions are a very attractive service to offer to both existing and prospective members, and establishing these should be a priority. Aim to develop a programme that has something for all levels of player. Pinpointing any gaps in your membership base can identify the markets you’re trying to appeal to. If your club, for example, has mostly male team players, a squashdynamics programme can help you target and attract more adult beginners by putting in place a recruitment plan.

Organising open days, club nights and coaching sessions is exactly what we do best. No matter what standard of player, or number of courts you have – We can work out a solution for every club.

We can help train and mentor coaches, providing session plans and offering individual advice to each coach on what they want to work on. We can do this by setting up regular online mentoring sessions.
